Homepage, Arizona MENTOR

Founded in 1995, Arizona MENTOR is a leading home- and community-based human services provider. Our programs and supports empower adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities—as well as adults with mental health challenges—to learn, grow and thrive in the communities that they call home. Individuals in our Host Home program live in private family homes with dedicated caregivers called Mentors.

Our Day Programs—including a new location in Tucson—offer engaging, structured services and supports that help adults develop skills and connect with staff and peers.

Watch the video on our Host Home program to see how we help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live richer lives in the community.

Arizona MENTOR has programs throughout the state that help individuals of all abilities build increasingly rich, independent lives in the communities that they call home.

Arizona MENTOR is a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local health and human services providers offering an array of quality, community-based services across the country.
