Founded in 1995, Arizona MENTOR offers home and community-based services to children and adults throughout the state with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs as well as individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries or other neurological conditions.  We offer a range of services – including our innovative Host Home program – as well as other residential living optionsin-home supportday programs, and behavioral health services.

Arizona MENTOR is a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human service providers offering an array of quality, community-based services to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and other catastrophic injuries and illnesses and to youth with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges as well as their families.

Since opening its doors in 1995, Arizona MENTOR has not wavered from its goal of Bringing Caring Closer.
