“I have seen the caring and giving spirit in each of the nurses working with my son since he moved into their care. They have given him validation and confidence that he is a valued member of the community. With this new confidence we have seen him grow into the young man that we have always known he could be given the right nurturing environment.”

Spectrum Home Healthcare
Spectrum Home Healthcare is now a part of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local health care and human services providers in more than 35 states.
Serving Maricopa County families since 2011, Spectrum Home Healthcare is a leading provider of in-home nursing supports and residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. From skilled medical care to services that focus on companionship and supporting overall wellness, we can personalize a plan that allows patients to live as independently and comfortably as possible. We offer both short and long-term programs and services.
We consider ourselves an extension of our client’s family, first seeking to understand their needs, fears and hopes. Only then can we help maintain and enhance the quality of life they hold dear. First, we meet with the patient and family to gain an understanding of their needs and preferences for care. We then develop an individualized plan based on the physician’s orders and input from the patient and family members. Every 60 days, if services are still required, we review the Plan of Care with the family and physician and update it accordingly.
We offer professional medical and non-medical care and support in the comfort of the patient’s own home, where they can be more comfortable and maintain as much of their regular routine as possible. We offer a personalized range of supports including:
- Nursing care
- Elder care
- Support with daily living skills
- Live-in care
- Companion care
- Personal care support, including help with bathing and dressing
- Housekeeping, including cooking and cleaning
- Medication management
